Thread forming

Many parts that we deliver are subsequently mechanically assembled by our customers into their final product by screwing or other connection techniques. For screwing, thread holes in our metal parts are necessary. For this we have several stations, single or automated lines which can make (formed or cut) thread holes in 3 directions. These lines includes the testing of the holes‘ presence, as well as the wear of drills, allowing the stable quality of the thread. The equipment we use is from H&G, Bordignon or Microtap.
